Talk to a person.

No ticket numbers, no chatbot loop. Write to us and a human answers. If your question is one of the four on the right, you will get a faster answer by reading those than by waiting for ours.

Before you write

Where is my order?: You get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel ships. If it has been more than five business days since you ordered and nothing has arrived, write to us with your order number and we will chase it.
Can I return it after using it?: Yes. Thirty days, opened and used, full refund, return shipping on us. You do not need to explain why.
Are the refill heads flushable?: No, and we would rather say it twice than have you find out from your plumber. They go in the bin, like a wipe.
Something arrived damaged or missing.: Send a photo and your order number. We replace it, we do not ask you to post the broken one back first.
